Started in 2004, Genesis employs individuals who have specialized knowledge and skills that are specific to this rapidly growing industry. Employees include storage tank system inspectors, coatings inspectors, welders, mold, asbestos and lead inspectors, cathodic protection inspectors, coatings and lining professionals, environmental remediation professionals, CDL drivers and skilled service technicians. They also have storage tank installation and removal certifications, along with all required safety certifications. There is an intangible but valuable level of dedication and excitement among these employees regarding the opportunity that Genesis has to grow and expand.
Genesis differentiates itself from its competitors through ownership of equipment and retaining skilled employees who perform the work without the need for multiple subcontractors. Most of the services offered by Genesis require certifications of personnel by regulatory bodies at the local, State, and Federal levels. Beyond that, specialized certifications are required by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), American Petroleum Institute (API), Steel Tank Institute (STI), and The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).
Genesis has expanded beyond Missouri and Kansas and now serves areas throughout the United States.
